Nataliya leads our Executive Search & Selection Education Practice. She has almost 20 years’ experience of advising clients on their senior, executive and non-executive board appointments across the Education, Government and Not-for-Profit sectors. She has worked with a diverse range of values-based organisations including Russell Group and Post-92 Institutions, FE Colleges and Multi-Academy Trusts. She has led global searches for senior academic leadership posts at Professor, Head of School, Dean, Pro-Vice Chancellor and Deputy Pro-Vice Chancellor levels and has supported institutions with non-executive appointments to University Governing Boards. She has also assisted with recruitment of senior practitioners across disciplines including IT, Finance, HR, Student Recruitment, Marketing & Communications, Registry, Commercial and Procurement, often attracting talent from other sectors. In addition to this, she has appointed senior leaders of FE Colleges, Multi-Academy Trusts and Schools across primary, secondary and special educational needs.
