Neal is Director for our Health & Social Impact Practice partnering with Health and Third Sector organisations in appointing to their executive, non-executive and senior clinical teams. He has partnered with numerous NHS Trusts over the years as well as Third sector organisations as part of over a decade long career in recruitment. Neal truly values the power of teamwork and strongly believes in a collaborative working approach by treating clients as partners and providing insight to allow them to make the best strategic talent decisions for their business. He is a huge advocate of equality, diversity and inclusion from his own lived experience and has assisted many organisations in the public and private sector to ensure they have an equitable hiring process that enables all to thrive, as well as conducting talks to organisations around the power of having a workplace that embraces neurodiversity. Outside of work he is Chair of the national charity ADHD UK and is working with NHS England’s ADHD Taskforce in helping their strategic plans to ensure ADHD services and pathways are improved.
